Testing Keyboard Shortcuts

Alt + 0209 = Ñ
Alt + 0241 = ñ

Looks like the keyboard shortcuts don't work in the Blogger post editor but you can copy and paste them in...

That is strange. Those shortcuts works for me in both the Old and the Updated editor. When testing them I used the latest Firefox and the computer got Windows XP on it.
